From the South
Exit M74 at junction 8 (A71) and then take fifth exit off roundabout (A71) towards Edinburgh. Continue for one mile as far as the traffic lights. Turn right at the lights and continue for a quarter of a mile, pass the church on your right and continue for approximately 200 yards, Bartie Gardens in the first turning on the right (before you get to the mini-roundabout) and The Studio is the second property on the right.
From the North
Exit M74 at junction 8 and at the end of the slip road keep in the right light hand lane and turn right onto A71. Continue for one mile as far as the traffic lights. Turn right at the lights and continue for a quarter of a mile, pass the church on your right and continue for approximately 200 yards, Bartie Gardens in the first turning on the right (before you get to the mini-roundabout) and The Studio is the second property on the right.
