The Studio is ideally situated in the village of Ashgill that sits atop the beautiful Clyde Valley and lies to the South-east of Glasgow and to the South-west of Edinburgh. All of the attractions within the Central region of Scotland, Ayrshire and the Borders are easily accessible and the M74  Motorway (junctions 7 and 8) are less than two miles away.

The approximate travelling times below are by car avoiding peak periods:

Ayr 50 minutes	Glasgow 25 minutes	New Lanark 20 minutes
Edinburgh 45 minutes	The Falkirk Wheel 35 minutes	Lanark 15 minutes

Whether you get some glorious Scottish sunshine, Scotch Mist or rain there are plenty of tourist attractions and places to see, all within easy reach of The Studio.
